The hotel staff was not responsive. Knowing everything that we are with a kid they put us on the 3rd floor which rooftop. There were not even telephones to communicate with them if you need anything.

The location was good and the rooms were clean. However, they refused to serve a bottle of water when we asked for it. Water is essential for anyone. We had to buy water from a shop located opposite to the hotel.
