Thanks to CTRIP for all the communication before check-in. My friend checked in first, but chose the hotel "airport pick-up" when checking in, so he chose Three Inn.
Problems before check-in:
1) Airport pick-up is an extra charge of 30 US dollars, not "free"
2) Breakfast: extra charge (breakfast included in the order)
Problems after check-in:
1) I have communicated with the hotel that I will pay before check-out the next day, but the hotel asked my friend to pay the car fare before check-in and incur bank fees. And it was not 20 US dollars, but 30 US dollars
