It was a good stay. I think they need to change the carpet. The breakfast was great. Nice view and so much to do. Affordable drinks and food. There's a mall and clubs next to the hotel. Great family hotel.

Very nice location just on the beach. The hotel staff , specially Camilla , was very hospitable and friendly. We had been there for two nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary and were given a room upgrade with room decoration and cake . All free of cost. Thank you Camilla for managing our trip in such a memorable way. All staff were very polite and helpful. They could speak in English . I would definitely recommend this hotel with a Five star rating. We had a wonderful and memorable stay at Le Meridian.

Very good hotel, very happy, very luxurious, magnificent, high bed with soft pillows, wide view, family members eat happily and sleep at ease, very satisfied, looking forward to meeting again next time!

You have to pay for laundry which is not good. Buffet dinner and breakfast were ok. The amount is quite a lot. The seafood grilled oysters and shrimps are delicious, and the crabs, clams and mantis shrimps are super small. .The room is big and comfortable. Beautiful lobby

Everyone knows from the reviews on the platform that the attitude of the staff is bad, but after trying their attitude, it was really bad. When we went to the hotel entrance, the waiter saw us with children and luggage, and ignored us at all. He did not consider the luggage service, even if I asked He didn't even care if there was a luggage cart. Of course I asked in Mandarin and Cantonese! When we arrived at the front desk, everyone looked very bad. Not to mention welcoming, I honestly thought it was hatred. I came to travel, so what's the crime? He said he wanted to give me a fruit bowl because it was my husband's birthday, but of course he just said it and never showed up. We are 2 adults and 2 children. We asked the customer service to ask for 2 more towels (there are only 2 in the room) and 2 bottles of shampoo and shower gel (the room only has 1 small bottle each, each bottle is about 10ml). It’s not too much! The room staff kept saying that was enough and didn't want to compete. There is a terrace and hot spring outside the room, but the management is poor and there are too many plants, resulting in too many mosquitoes at 11:00 at night. The room is generally very good, and the hot spring area is very good, but most of the pool water is not open.

The hotel is so stylish, it looks like a palace from the outside, and it has a great atmosphere when the lights are on at night. The rooms are comfortable and sanitary, the restaurant is elegant, the service staff are very enthusiastic and willing to provide all kinds of help, and the girl is very enthusiastic and deserves a reward.

The location of the hotel is quite good and very easy to find. Next door is Kaisa Shopping Center, the transportation is convenient, there is no shortage of food and drink, and takeaways can be delivered to the door. The interior of the room is clean and tidy, disposable cleaning utensils are provided, hot water is available 24 hours a day, and the washing machine and refrigerator can be used normally. Very good value for money, highly recommended!
