My stay here far exceeded expectations! The hotel is situated right on the East River, and our high-floor river view room offered breathtaking panoramic views, especially stunning at night. The room was spacious and modern, the bedding incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom featured a convenient wet/dry separation. The Executive Lounge service was incredibly attentive, and the afternoon tea was exquisite. The indoor heated pool and gym were well-equipped, perfect for the whole family to unwind. Its prime location means Hejiang Tower and Shuidong Street are just a 10-minute walk away. Breakfast offered a wide array of choices, and the freshly prepared Huizhou rice noodles were an absolute highlight. The staff were polite and highly efficient, and they even presented small gifts for our family stay – truly excellent attention to detail! Ideal for both business and leisure, I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit!

Facilities: We arrived at the hotel around 4 AM and checked into our room, but there was no hot water. We checked in the morning and were told it was under repair and would be back online later. However, it's understandable that new hotels often have less-than-perfect amenities. Cleanliness: The room was very clean, and the layout was nice and comfortable. Environment: Perfect for young people to take photos and check in. The rooftop infinity pool was amazing. We went there early in the morning and it was not fully booked. The water was clean and didn't smell like disinfectant. Service: The front desk staff was very responsive and responded promptly. One drawback was that the breakfast stir-fries were a bit salty, and the seasoning for the rice noodle soup was bland, which needs improvement. Having recently opened, the prices are very reasonable, making it a great value. You should definitely check it out.

We were particularly grateful for their thoughtful gesture of upgrading our room, which allowed our entire family to stay conveniently on the same floor. The room itself was not only spotlessly clean and huge but also boasted a lovely view. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel for its stunning views and exceptional service.

There was nothing to eat at 9 o'clock for breakfast. After asking the waiter, breakfast was only finished at 10 o'clock. Because there was a banquet, there was no basic noodles today. Feedback to the front desk foreman did not get a sorry or explanation, the experience was very poor.

The room is super large and comfortable, can be voice-controlled, and the elderly have a great time. The cleaning is very clean, there is no dust on the touch, and there is a charging cable. The receptionist and the cleaner were very polite and met our requirements. There is a parking lot outside the hotel, and it is very convenient to take a taxi. You can walk to Kaisa Plaza . It is a pity that the food delivery robot was broken that day, and the things needed were not delivered to the room.

The room can Facilities: Average, especially the toilet seat in the bathroom does not match the toilet seat. A heavy person will fall off quickly when sitting on it. The details are not taken seriously, which makes the guests feel cautious. If it is really broken, they have to pay compensation.

The newly renovated hotel is very comfortable. The room can see the beautiful park. The bedding is very skin-friendly and hygienic and clean. The receptionist has a good attitude. It is worth recommending.

The price location and hotel service in the early 300s are very good. He has a robot to deliver food. I think it is also very timely and very good! The breakfast will be a little worse. The breakfast may only charge more than 40 yuan, more than 40 50, and the children do not need money! Maybe they are because of the cost problem. The breakfast is more general. If I go to Huizhou next time, I will definitely stay at this hotel, but I will order takeaway! There are a lot of takeaways around, and then let the robot deliver to the room service. Location is good, unfortunately it s very difficult reach the building enter in the night, no lights no guidelines...

Close to China Trade, the elevator is a little old facilities can not keep up, the elevator lights are still flashing, the toilet is not separated from wet and dry, the floor is all wet after the shower, it is easy to slip, and the countertop is so small, the wash bag has to be put on the washbasin, the mouthwash cup and the aunt want another disposable cup, there is a damp musty smell after entering the room, The chair was dirty, and it took an hour to ventilate after opening the window.
