The guest relations manager provided exceptional service; even before check-in, they proactively contacted me and ensured the air conditioning was already on. This thoughtful and proactive service truly deserves commendation. The hotel boasts comprehensive facilities, excellent transportation links, and is conveniently located very close to Chenjiangnan Station. The breakfast spread is quite diverse; even the photos make your mouth water. The manager also mentioned that they plan to introduce a mini hot pot for dinner next month, which is definitely something to look forward to.
