Location is excellent, at the heart of Hui Cheng. with food street, eateries, pubs etc. just below or near the hotel. There is a lake just beside the hotel for nice leisurely stroll or cruise. Free parking for hotel guests. Just need to inform reception before leaving to waive parking fees. Rooms are nice, spacious, clean and well maintained. Reception is welcoming, helpful and service-oriented.

Fantastic Experience at Kande International Hotel Huizhou! I had a truly exceptional stay at Kande International Hotel Huizhou. From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect. The staff were extremely polite, welcoming, and helpful — they even upgraded my room, which was such a pleasant surprise. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully furnished, with excellent amenities that made my stay very comfortable. The entire hotel was clean, elegant, and well-maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout. Breakfast was another highlight. The variety of food offered was impressive and up to international standards, with plenty of delicious options available — including great choices for vegetarians, which I really appreciated. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. I highly recommend Kande International Hotel to anyone visiting Huizhou and would happily stay here again!

1) Location: Excellent, just opposite West Lake's 东门 with food street, eateries, bus stops, train station etc. just few minutes walking distance. Very easy to enjoy the most of West Lake (day and night view). 2) Cleanliness: Excellent. Extremely pleased with housekeeping for the room. Did a great job in assuring us of the level of hygiene, making the stay a pleasant and comfortable one. 3) Service: Excellent. Pleasantly surprised with receptionist granting us a very early check-in, and fantastic housekeeper that put in efforts in preparing our room that makes arrangements easier for us. Hotel also provides very nice complimentary coffee and tea (variety available) at reception area. 4) Room: Excellent. Big, nice, spacious, well maintained and comfortable with view of Westlake. Nice, super big bed with very comfortable bedding and memory pillows. So comfortable that we're tempted to buy the hotel pillows for home use. 5) Parking: Free parking for hotel guests. Just need to inform reception before leaving to waive the parking fees. However, very limited lots available and very tight with many cars parked within limited space. A bit challenging to manage. There is 15 mins grace for drop off/pick-up of hotel guests at reception. 6) Facilities: Relatively old but in good, well maintained condition. Well-equipped with all sorts of facilities needed by typical hotel guests e.g. gym, restaurants, nice roof top bar etc. Anti-mosquito efforts at reception area can be improved to ward off the many mosquitos from West Lake area.

Noble Badge Hotel was intentionally the first stop in my travels to China this year. Having lived near it when I was little, this particular stay was a highly anticipated highlight of my trip. It did not disappoint and surpassed my expectations in terms of the warmth and hospitality that was shown to me by the entire staff. I stayed at one of the renovated rooms towards the upper levels, and the amenities are more than sufficient for my needs. The fact that after more than two decades, the hotel facilities are still in excellent condition really reflects the high quality construction and build of the hotel. The food was delicious - both at the breakfast buffet and at the Fortuna Chinese Restaurant on the third floor. However, what was truly outstanding was the service. Everyone who greeted me, especially the 大堂经理许亚敏先生 and 钟显梅女士, showed me the utmost respect and attention to detail, going above and beyond to take care of my needs when I was in a time crunch. They even gave me a tour of the hotel and highlighted the major upgrades to the hotel over the years. The glass elevators up to the top is essentially a free observatory with great views of the city. My stay here was beyond satisfactory and I will highly recommend it to others.

As a hotel under Atour, the service quality is guaranteed. It is very convenient around and not far from West Lake. Although the room is not big, the layout is OK. The mattress and pillow are what I like. The breakfast is also OK.

As expected of an old-brand star hotel, the decoration style is classic, the facilities are relatively complete, and the cost performance is very high. The hotel's history can be seen from the facilities in the room. The lobby is bright, there are many rooms, there are many takeaways coming in and out, and there are many restaurants nearby. The pictures are Little Thai Elephant and Yong'an Hakka King. The roasted pork neck is delicious, and the stuffed tofu is more authentic. It is not far from West Lake and Shuidong Street, but it is difficult to park there. It is recommended to walk there. . The underground parking lot of the hotel is not very regular, but the location is okay. I have not eaten at the restaurants on the first and second floors of the hotel, so I will not comment on them. The room layout and furnishings are good, with glass tables and sofas. The following are the shortcomings I feel: There is only one washing machine in the self-service laundry room of such a large hotel. The glass door of the shower room is not closed tightly, and water will seep from the bottom to the floor of the sink outside. When walking barefoot on the carpet, I was pierced by a small wood chip. This should be paid attention to, which may affect the safety of the customer's feet. There are nails on the wall behind the telephone table that have not been handled properly, which may pierce your fingers.

The room is very tidy, clean and relatively large. The bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, and there is also an external small courtyard. The surrounding environment is quiet, but it is not far from the West Lake, only a 5-minute walk away, which is also considered the city center. But it is quiet in a busy area. The service is warm and thoughtful. I will come again next time.
