還沒入住就説我們預訂的是特惠房，隔音不好晚上會聽到樓下KTV聲音，需要我們升房，酒店隔音不好不應該是酒店的責任嗎，為什麼要客户來承擔這部分責任。升房是沒有高級大床房，一定要商户大床房，要我們補差價，補99還説是已經打折按照最便宜的給我們了，好説歹説給我們變成80，我們回去拿軟件一看兩天差價衹需76，然後衞生又不好，睡覺睡到一半全身發癢，以前漢庭都是我們旅遊的不二之選，經歷了這次糟糕的體驗再也不敢選擇了
