湖景的景觀不錯，面向西湖，是渡假住宿首選，環境衛生非常好，價錢合理，附近有步行街可購物，還有很多餐館選擇，非常方便

服務態度好，距離西湖很近。早餐出來可以去西湖晨練散步。這裡是老城區，可以去附近的巷子看看老城區的生活，有菜市場還有商業步行街。很方便。

房間乾淨整齊，衞生間乾濕分離。酒店的對面是西湖公園，步行去合江樓十分鐘。酒店工作人員熱情，停車不好，酒店工作人代停，中間用車要單收費，挺不方便的。
