環境：定了套房，正對西湖，早上起床拉開窗簾，如油畫一般美
衞生：估計不是敬煙房，雖然沒明顯的味道，還是有吸煙後的痕跡
服務：服務很不錯，前台和樓層服務都很滿意

湖景房景觀太棒了。酒店就在西湖門口對面，蘇堤就在跟前，去水東街也很方便，附近有各種餐飲，值得推薦!!

酒店位置很好，下樓過馬路就是西湖，晚上在湖景房還能看到夜景。樓下吃飯的飯店也很多。步行街就在旁邊，合江樓走路過去就可以了
