We booked an executive floor room, but when we checked in, we were told that the executive lounge was no longer in operation, and there was no complete explanation as to why the higher fee was charged, which made us quite disappointed. I think there is no problem in stopping the operation, but we should no longer use "executive floor rooms" to book passengers. At most, we can only say that they are high-rise rooms to avoid misunderstandings, because generally the executive floors of hotels come with access to executive lounges.
