服務挺好的，送了孩子們喜歡的漢服和道具，下午茶，自行車騎行體驗，房間裏飲料也是免費了，第二天店員看我家孩子還比較小，還送了一份早餐

1.12點到的酒店，先去房間放行李，房間沒有打掃，我們表示了理解，五一滿房的情況，但是希望能儘快入住，因為中午確實熱，而且上一天的客人已經退房了，一點一刻的時候我問打掃情況，客服片湯話，已經催促，客房打掃要細緻仔細，我們決定去吃飯，兩點四十吃完，問房間情況無人回覆，三點我們自己去大廳問打掃情況，説還沒好，我説已經是正式入住的時間了，給了我房卡，到房間後確實沒有打掃，三點四十才正式打掃完畢。2.卧室沒有網絡，第一次給我一個移動WIFI但是沒有充費，後來雖然充費了，衹能連接兩個設備且網絡極慢。3.整個園區幾乎沒有任何娛樂活動。4.早餐簡陋不好吃，以上

住過很多民宿，這家是讓人去了還想再去的。鄉村環境很舒服，酒店和周邊的活動都很適合家庭親子游，騎車、手工、漢服體驗、採摘（西瓜、葡萄、香蕉等等）。前台客服小姐姐很nice，幫忙拍了好多好看的照片，是一次非常不錯的旅行。開心開心❤️

酒店在田野之間，所以很恬靜，人的節奏也放慢了，心情也輕鬆了許多 。
停車位很多，管家還會開接駁車過來接送拿行李，辦理入住後還會帶到房間，沿途一一介紹酒佔設施及周邊，十分好客專業 。
房間使用了不少老房子的物件，比如櫃子，木地板，很有韻味 。但現代化的裝修使房間不會過時或老土 。
廁所衞生不錯，有浴缸，也有一次性浴缸套提供 。
大門跟房門之間有個私人的天井空間，挺有趣的，拍照打卡也不錯 。但看來是佔用了標示50平方米的部份空間 。如果對房內空間有絕對需求的，建議選另一款同價位複式房型 。
酒店範圍裡就有一間鵬城飯館，晚上挺熱鬧，菜式也不少 ，窯雞味道很好 。當然用餐是自費的 。
酒店提供的早餐是固定好的，份量不算多，比較簡單，但也足夠了 。
總括來說，房間衛生乾淨，能體驗到不同於一般酒店的改建房間設計，環境清靜，管家服務周到，用餐方便 。
