先説優點，這地方人員不擁擠，小區外面路邊免費停車位空餘多，車子停外面就行了。去沙灘也很近，走路幾分鐘，去霞湧海鮮市場也比較近。不好的地方就是這個小區顯得老舊一些，房間裝修跟設施也略顯陳舊，使用廚房需要額外出60元的費用，還需要交100元按金。最後給好評可以返現25元，我不缺這25元，衹想讓後面的人瞭解真實情況，至於4.8的高分仁者見仁 智者見智吧

特別舒適的一次旅遊，入住的名宿乾淨且80平方米大，無遮擋全海景，晚上陽台吹着海風無限愜意，早上可以躺在床上看日出🌄完美，對對對，最重要，客服牛牛人特別好，晚上門不會用，晚上10點多了還視頻告訴我們操作，因為是親子旅行，比較拖拉，還給我們延遲退房，特別感謝給我們方便，謝謝
