這次住的很滿意，第一間住的有問題馬上就安排換了房間，續住還多給水那些。服務態度很不錯！房間也挺乾淨，杯子是封包的很貼心，拖鞋和牙具都是一次性的，凳子也很舒服，床上用品看起來很舒服整潔，床墊睡的很柔軟，整體環境很不錯！酒店離西湖和水東街都蠻近的，交通也方便

酒店附近雖然沒什麼吃喝配套，但在惠州打車不貴，也還算方便，打車去西湖也就起步價。酒店房間內沒有礦泉水，可以從前台處領取。
