酒店地理位置很好，就在步行街裡面，去哪裡都很方便，並且也安靜；房間衛生不錯，床品也舒服。前台和樓層阿姨服務也很好，特別是退房時遇到的阿姨，待人真誠熱情。剛入住時覺得空調有噪音，前台很快協調了換了房，雖然換到的房間有霉味（因為不朝陽），希望下次入住安排好一點的房間吧！

一踏入酒店，就被優雅大氣的環境吸引，裝修精緻，細節之處盡顯品質。房間空間寬敞，採光極佳，離西湖景區近，出入方便，交通便捷。給休閑時光增添了不少樂趣。服務更是無可挑剔，工作人員總能及時響應需求，超棒！
