訂好房間去了，説2點入住，進去就是這個樣子，結果還要等搞衞生的阿姨去打擾房間，等到3點衞生才搞完。房間打擾之後一股味道！難聞。差差差評！

從來沒試過這麼差的體驗的，第一，小區入住的人很少，找了很久，汽車兜了幾圈才找到，第二，走廊燈都不亮的，小孩都害怕，第三，電視壞的都不換，空調不涼，第四，停車超貴，一晚上60元，一句話，坑

一字之差，觀海軒和聽海軒真是天差地別…
跟朋友去吃海鮮，比較晚了就想着休息一晚。之前住的民宿滿房了，就想着華潤小區裏隨便定一間都不會太差，就隨機定了一個。結果差了一個字，根本不是沙灘的那個小區。是另外在艾美酒店後面很遠的一個小區裏。定的是二線海景，看到得都是樓。老闆態度也挺差的。問就是給你退款，大半夜的給你退款…呵呵。
後面再發訊息就不回了，這種店基本就是一鎚子買賣，做點遊客生意，因為不會有回頭客。小區停車非常貴，進去送了下行李開出來剛好30分鐘，15塊錢🤣
過去玩的謹慎選擇吧。

房間衞生乾淨，整潔，環境舒適，老闆服務熱情周到，小區內還有很多小童娛樂設施酒店交通便利，走出3-5分鐘就到沙灘，周邊好吃的東西比較多價位可以接受，出來遊玩就選海楓居這樣的酒店價格親民，值得推薦
