房間整潔舒適，設施雖然有些簡陋陳舊，但還算齊全，跟家裡差不多，基本都夠用。服務也都及時周到。陽台海景漂亮，樓下有游泳池，走幾步就是沙灘。出門就是美食一條街，購物吃飯都方便。小區環境不錯，有地下車庫，就是停車超了5分鐘，多收了15塊，有點坑，另外熱水器的水比較小。整體性價比不錯，推薦！

免費升級成海景房，樓層高，視野很好，免費提早入住，冷氣濾網沒清潔，冰箱裏麪漏水，熱水水流小，門縫大，風大時會產生尖鋭音

陽台環境很好，海景一流。前有海灘，後有美食街及便利店。主要園區出入口比較不便，任何岀口都能岀，但入口只有兩個，一個南一個西。我們到達後沒有密碼及卡，跟了別人進入，業主應主動告知入住的程序，包括進入園內的密碼及入房間的方法。
