店酒地區在西湖，附近有很多惠州地道小食，商業步行街旁，出入很方便，房間衛生很好，該有的都有，可以看到香港電視，小插曲，我漏了一件外套在酒店衣柜，check out酒店離開都不記得拿，約三十分鐘酒店給我電話才記得，再遲就不拿了，酒店很好，到惠州會再住宿。
相片房燈光有點暗，實際房間燈很光的。

位置很好，就在西湖邊，服務很好，服務人員很人性，早餐也不錯，如果説點小問題就是酒店設施硬件有點老舊。但有機會還會再來的。

房間乾淨，院子整潔明亮很有特色，外面的河景有鄉土氣息，家的味道，真不錯，適合自駕過來，適合發呆適合小童打鬧

半夜十點半一大堆人入住，隔壁房間有四五個人一直在大聲的説話聊天至凌晨兩點。電話至前台表示沒有辦法處理，早上八點不到，樓道里有人抽煙，被薰醒。很差的體驗
