刷牙洗面盆，水龍頭太高，根本好難刷牙，希望有所改善，還有隔音設施有待改善，衣櫃太窄，有一盞燈唔著，是否欠缺保養？

酒店位置非常好，鄰近西湖入口，步行街，附近有商場，超級市場，步行去水東街亦不太遠。房間可看到西湖景，雖然不是正面看到，但都覺得漂亮。
清潔服務員很好，發現房間的水龍頭有少少鬆，主動叫職員來修理。
早餐有些食物很合口味。
驚喜的是天台的露天酒吧，晚上喝一杯，欣賞西湖夜景。
缺點就是隔音不好，很容易聽到走廊別人說話。
還有入住時職員沒有提WiFi 密碼是什麼，房間咭套沒有寫，房間入面亦找不到，最後要打電話去前台問，需要改善。
不過整體仍然滿意今次的住宿。
