整體而言，大堂小姐姐服務態度還可以，整個酒店服務業務不熟。而且沒有賓至如歸的感覺。所謂的宮崎駿小火車。反正就是看心情出發一樣，服務員也不知道幾點出發，誰都不知道，看情況。孩子要坐小夥伴，一點半去問，説是三點有發車，結果等到三點，又説四點，最後又説一點半是最後一趟。 再説説房間設施和環境吧，整天開始攜程上顯示是2025年裝修，應該是裝修了大堂和周邊設施，酒店的房間簡直就是一言難盡，應該差不多有十年左右的裝修了吧，根本不是新的裝修，所以不要被誤導。他的其餘設施可能是新裝修的，但是住宿條件就是很差，性價比非常不高。 再説説餐廳，酒店B3層有個中餐廳，就是早餐和晚餐，反正就是早餐也包括了就不用花錢了。但是晚餐自助就是188一位，性價比就不高了，而且整個B3層，一下電梯，一股黴味和潮濕的味道。很難聞。服務那就不用説了，基本沒有服務，自由發揮。 總結，這是我住的住過的星級酒店裡最後金玉其外敗絮其中的酒店，外面看着挺好，裏面房間就一言難盡了。

Check-in is fast, and the service of the star butler at the front desk is particularly good. There is ice water and hot tea at the door, and a local travel guide is sent when you check in. The library and the infinity pool are beautiful and suitable for taking pictures. Although it is more expensive than other hotels in the surrounding area, the service and experience are worth it!
