設施：房間裏的東西都很齊全 有吹風機有一次性用品 桌子沙發什麼的也很乾凈很新 電視不用會員 可以直接看 還可以看央視 非常不錯
衞生：床桌子都挺乾淨的
環境：可以看到一整片沙灘 陽台還有一個吊椅 晚上可以坐在上面看煙花
服務：房東姐姐人特別好 非常熱情 我們早上很早就到了 她給我們開了辦公室讓我們放行李 全程都在提醒我們太陽曬了回來休息了 或者放煙花了可以看了 房東姐姐的媽媽還給我們介紹了其他水質好好玩的地方 推薦了吃飯的飯店 非常好吃！價格也很公道 我們在外面吃飯來不及回到酒店 房東姐姐還給我們延後了退房！！真的非常好 下次來還會住這裏！

十分十分差，也住過海邊酒店。沒見過這麼離譜的，房管態度十分惡劣，就那種你愛住不住，出言不遜，陰陽怪氣，房間問題，扣手續費。惠州風評就是給這些人壞的。
1 房門無反鎖功能。2 空調運作聲極大 3 床被潮濕 4 吹風機壞的 5 有好多蟑螂 6 走廊特別黑 7 房管不給解決並態度惡劣 8 樓下保安不給他發煙 不理人不指引。9 拒絕開發票
訂了三間2晚，3點房有房門兩間反鎖不了。一間能反鎖。説明正常房門是可以反鎖的。另2間是壞的。房管給出理由是沒有密碼是開不了門的。有監控，出了事他們要負法律責任的，各種叫嚷。但如果真造成人身財產安全問題，誰負責有什麼用，已經有實質傷害了。
表面答應可退房退款，要求自己找攜程客服，一番溝通，攜程客服提出退款申請，商家又拒絕，和我説攜程申請錯了，和攜程説要收客30%手續費。後面入住太晚，協商不了留了2間房住了一晚，出現各種問題。後續要求開發票，商家和攜程答應好好的，後面拖拉，拒開，還特地微信過來一番陰陽怪氣。那一棟都是他們的，其他平台不叫這個店名，實際上是一樣的。大家謹慎。
