入住時已臨近假期尾聲，人流量不多，價格比較實惠，前台還給我們升級了房間。酒店的地理位置和景色應該是十里銀灘這片區最好的，地理位置比之前入住的艾美更具有優勢，正面對海無遮擋，缺點是酒店比較老舊，設施設備比較陳舊。

住了六天五晚、每天八百多元、體驗非常差、不值得推薦。還五星酒店、晚點忙完空下來就打電話投訴。1:入住第一天當時温度六度還是八度，到房間發現沒有小孩子用品、用酒店電話打給總機/前台、表達需要小童洗漱用品和棉拖，酒店回答沒有小童牙刷牙膏也沒有棉拖衹有塑膠拖鞋。2:表達需要再給我幾瓶水，回答我們規定每天衹有2瓶水。3:設施陳舊開裂。4:淋浴間佈局不合理，無法正常轉身、龍頭與邊緣得側着通過，水壓特別小、洗澡時經常敲到水龍頭、手上不是出血就是淤青。5:離開前一天找到前台告知房間號並表示第二天晚上九點飛機是不是能稍微晚一點退房、表達規定12點退房而且第二天我們房源緊張。6:晚上理行李箱沒發現電子秤、打電話詢問電子秤在哪裡，回答沒有電子秤。（這是我第一次在一個正規的酒店居然沒有電子秤）隔壁民宿（好像叫浪琴灣還是啥、和酒店大堂相通的）也就三百多一晚，貴酒店八百多一晚也不知道這多出五百一晚的價值體現在了哪裡。這是我體驗最差的一次旅行住宿。
