整體還是很不錯。但也許是常年海風吹拂，濕氣較重，感覺房間陳舊得比較快。

設施很舊，由酒店大堂開始走到房間的一路上會見到很多污漬，垃圾，煙頭。房間亦很殘舊，裝修的手工極粗糙，灰蹟斑斑。露台有個大浴缸，裏面是黃色的水迹，不敢用。床上的被單和枕頭都有頭髮甚至深紅色的跡。所有燈開了後還是覺得環境有點恐怖。
露台望海，但在19樓望下去海灘都覺得很贜的感覺，沙灘上周圍是灰色痕跡。下去沙灘亦見到很多垃圾，膠袋，煙花棒。
酒店的泳池設計不錯，分開4個區域，適合小朋友玩，但地面凹凸不平，泳池水也不像很乾淨，但勉強可玩。
晚上沙灘很多人放煙花，不是日本那種手持小煙花，而是像維園煙花那種。讓人驚歎，怎可以將美好浪漫的煙花變得這麽廉價，好像放火一樣，如果你從來沒看過煙花那麽或者會覺得很過癮，如果你貪刺激也或者覺得親手放煙花上天很有快感，但我覺得這樣做充斥着野蠻和庸俗。更枉提煙花是放到零晨一點還在放，嘈得不堪，整片天煙霧彌漫，攻鼻而來，煩擾雜亂。
早餐是自助形式，但是在一個貌似攞酒的場地進食，加一個大螢幕播動畫片，制造一個讓小童專心看電視的環境。早餐的餐具要小心選，很多都不乾淨。食物我不評論了，應該深水埗茶餐廳好食啲。
室內小童遊樂設施亦好像很舊很贜，隔離有間沒關門的ktv，技安唱歌你都要聽住玩。

好評好評，前台小麗免費升級了離海更近的海景房，房間很乾凈。客房部林麗容主動延長了退房時間，還贈送了飲料。酒店全員對客户都很熱情，態度很好，樓下的亞洲餐廳也很實惠，海鮮也不錯，值得二刷。

房間面臨大海 樓下就是沙灘 南北通風 景觀和空氣都很好 31樓是天際泳池。 客服小葉 （很巧跟我女兒的小名一樣）非常熱情友善，加微信介紹了酒店服務和周邊景點。 先生晚歸幫忙通知服務員開門非常細緻周到。 早餐工作人員沈霞兩天都有看到在餐廳引導顧客， 及時解決客户需求，非常熱情細緻。 體驗非常好的一次週末旅行。
