房間這個價位確實是還可以的，但是這個是小區裏面而且小區很多棟確實有點難找。停車場也很大比較容易迷惑，找車子都要半天。然後我們因為開車來的小區停車費很貴，停一晚出去要 30 塊錢停車費。不開車的話確實很划算
