首先房子户型特別好，是標準的兩居室，客廳外面超大觀景陽台，坐在陽台上喝茶吃瓜子看無敵海景，主卧室有個大大的是270度的飄窗，可以看到正面的海和背面的海，開放式廚房+餐廳，非常方便，吃飯可以到小鎮上去吃或者二期三期那邊的商業街。個人覺得一期雖然舊一些但是前面是別墅，後面一排板樓，無論是樓上看景還是樓下散步，景觀都超級好，二三期雖然新一些但太密了，一棟棟塔樓，互相都有些遮擋，好多還是側海景。
最重要是管家太貼心了，就在一樓，啥事兒找都方便，我們不小心把門鎖反鎖鑰匙🔑在裏面，小哥弄了一個小時多，強拆了才把門打開，還不收費，太感謝了！
