房間很小，兩個行李箱攤開就走不了了。實際房型和定房頁面的照片差太多了。廁所門是內開的，開門以後廁所洗漱台衹能斜着用。房間是沒有電梯能用的，樓梯又很窄，搬行李真的不方便。酒店早餐可選擇性很少，不過用餐環境還可以。
酒店在小山坡上，空氣還不錯吧。

到了凌晨12點，車輛無法進出，停車場柵欄系統故障，半夜出來房間的門卡也刷不了，還是故障！大冬天被鎖在門外，還得等客房服務員來開門！服務員態度很好，就是各種設施太垃圾！

環境：環境也一般。適合年齡大點的人來

一次非常驚喜的旅行,因為老公眼睛不好，晚上不想出房間去泡温泉，跟領班小哥説了，入住時補了一點差價，升級了帶私湯的房間。房間與平台上的照片一樣，寬大舒適，温泉雖然沒有全開，但總體滿意的。服務員態度好。

入住辦理快，還有車送到房間門口，前台有問必答👍
房間面積大，設施新，衞生不錯
訂的竹隱有屋內温泉池，不想去露天池的可以在自己房間裏泡
露天池挺多的，還有泳池和按摩泡池
沒有一次性拖鞋是個小缺點（也可能是我沒注意到？）如果在意衞生可以自帶拖鞋來
交通：火車到惠安站叫滴滴十元左右就到了
