服務態度超級差，衹差打我了，網上定好的房，去得比較晚，估計以為我們不去了，就把我訂的房賣給別人了，衹能給一間小的給我，讓退差價她態度還差，説我們不是找她訂的，憑什麼給我們退差價，退房時説她態度差她還説這邊就這樣，都態度差？服了那服務員，我是花錢去住宿的，不是看她臉色的，房間很一般
