外地遊客路過，想體驗鄉村美景生活，體驗感非常之差。這家老闆不實誠，專坑外地過路人，覺得外地人去了不會再回來了，能坑一個是一個，這種做生意的品德就註定掙不了大錢，沒有掙大錢的格局。差評如下：第一，房間衞生差，馬桶座圈上有很多尿漬沒有擦乾淨，衞生間洗澡下水道擁堵，洗澡跟站水池裡一樣。第二，吃飯價格不透明，看外地人亂喊價，一衹土雞168我們認了，但是剩下幾盤菜，一盤幹豆角，一盤豆腐，一盤粉皮，一盤木耳炒雞蛋，兩盤村裡路邊隨處可見的涼拌野菜，一共6盤收120，平均20塊一盤，真就離譜，給本地人來吃肯定不是這個價格，提前也不説他們這兒菜貴，走了結賬才這樣亂喊價，就這收費標準堪比城市大飯店，偏僻山村裡，這麼貴本地人不可能會光顧。第三，地理位置非常之偏僻，在景區裏左拐右拐爬坡七八公里才到。第四，找各種藉口拖延不給開發票，發微信拖延不回消息，肯定不想給我們開，因為開票他們要多交税，看我們外地人，走了也不會回來，不想開，也不想理我們。本地人你們熟悉，愛去去吧，反正外地遊客或者不認識的陌生遊客千萬別去，去了就是大坑，房間裏還有村裡的野蟲子，睡了身上癢。這是客觀真實評價。

衞生差，馬桶太臟，毛巾也是一塊一塊的黃斑，吃飯太貴，幾盤下雞煮的幹豆角，豆腐，粉皮三盤敢收20一盤，從來沒有見過這麼貴的配菜，價格不透明，做之前不説貴，找藉口不給開發票，人品不行這老闆，容易坑人，平台上看的客人不建議去。

第一次給差評，訂的大床房結果是標間，找老闆協調，老闆説全是標間，沒有大床房，好，沒事，要求退差價，不給退，理由是國慶大床標間一個價。我是提前預訂的，首先沒大床房你上架有，欺騙消費者，其次大床房標間是不是一個價商家自己心裏清楚，不多説了。隨後進了房間，窗户有蜘蛛網和蜘蛛（氣懵了忘拍，喊老闆來處理了），房間門鎖了還有一指寬的縫隙，雖然説一分錢一分貨，但是這樣的多少離譜了。

房間設施齊全，很乾凈，環境不錯，老闆人很好，服務很好。農家樂規模很大，院內有大型停車場，專門為客人提供過濾的山泉水（開水）
