Dos días el hotel sin agua, no te ofrecen soluciones ni alternativas. ¿Cómo pretenden que uno vaya al baño o esté dos días sin ducharse? Echan las culpas a aguas de Murcia y a todo el mundo, pero lo de contratar una cuba, ofrecernos un hotel alternativo o cualquier solución no va con ellos. Nos vamos y no me ven más en la cadena.

Hemos estado hospedados durante una semana en este hotel, de los cuales tres días hemos estado sin agua, sin poder ducharnos y sin agua en el retrete con lo que conlleva de olores, no han dado alternativa, nos dieron una botella de agua para lavarnos la cara y los dientes, es inaceptable no poder ducharse durante tres días y lavándote con botellas de agua, no ofrecieron opciones,además de no poder tomar café en el desayuno por la misma circunstancia, para no volver nunca más, no lo recomiendo.

Super, chambre très propre , accueil super sympathique , confort du lit très bien. Grande salle de bain, on avait besoin de dormir et il n’y a pas eu de bruit de couloirs le matin merci aux femmes de chambres pour cette discrétion.
