I have used the hotel for international passengers, in addition to being an executive who has traveled a lot for business and has known many hotel companies. Booked the hotel once again for an important member of International Broadcasting Association. Fewer and fewer employees are hired, which makes the service increasingly bad. Not only less staff but staff who don't even speak English. The only person who demonstrated professionalism and dedication was Mandi. The rest left a lot to prove. I requested room cleaning every day and it was not done. They treat customers like they are not welcome. They close for breakfast at 10:00 and it doesn't matter if there is someone who wants to have another coffee. A demonstration of lack of hospitality. The Front Desk staff was very rude, except for Mandi, and also the rest were inexperienced. The hotel itself is good, very comfortable, but its image is deteriorated by the lack of training. There are many other hotels around. Think about it.

Staff was friendly and room was clean. I am giving this a two because the mattress was literally the worste and most worn out I have ever slept on. And I use the term sleep loosely. I am in actual pain this morning.I will not stay here again until they update their mattresses.

This Hampton was great! It was very clean, quiet and every single employee was smiling and helpful. The breakfast area was very clean and had great food laid out. The only complaint I would have is that there were no gluten free bread/pastry items. We stayed in a suite and it had enough room to have friends over to play cards. It was so quiet that we were actually able to sleep in. This place is amazing and we would definitely return!

We were in town for a wedding and really enjoyed the hotel and staff. The hotel was clean and quiet. The breakfast was generous and delicious. Coffee all day was a bonus. Everyone from desk workers, to chef to cleaning staff were kind and accommodating.

Took a quick trip to Stillwater and Hudson. Found this hotel was perfect for an overnight stay. This is a nice hotel that is very clean and has spacious updated rooms. We enjoyed a king size room. It was a comfortable bed minus the flat pillows. Nice large bathroom and good shower. Great breakfast and friendly service.

Very disappointed! We were very excited to bring our kids for a weekend vacation to include swimming in the pool at a nice hotel. Unfortunately not only was the pool full of hockey kids that were rough housing, diving, and all around out of control, there were drunk chaperones who were not keeping the kids in line. They were even breaking rules themselves by drinking out of glass beer bottles. When concerns were brought up to the front desk, we were told, that's just how it is with hockey and there was nothing they could do. Told us to not stay during the hockey season. Basically during hockey season, other guests are less important and only the comfort of the hockey kids and parents matter. The kids also spent time running up and down the hallways

We decided to try something different this year for Xmas day since we have a larger family. It’s a lot yo have 20+ people bombard your home when we don’t have big homes. We decided to rent the room at the Hampton Inn in Hudson. A few of us stayed over as well. The staff were accommodating and helpful. We had the room the entire day and kids had a great time swimming. We will do this again next year! Took a lot of stress out of the day having it at the Hampton inn. The breakfast was great as well

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and accommodating to our requests. The room was spacious and beds comfortable. Nice variety of breakfast and it was hot and fresh. Highly recommend!
