Room stunk. Lady at front desk didn’t know how to do check in. Called to come back down to desk twice. Then still got call & midnight from front desk. Would not ever stay there again. Had issues even making reservation. Had to call 3 separate times.

We were charged $50.00 to clean the carpet as we were told we left spilt food or throw up on the carpet. We never had food or drink in the room and as mature adults we certainly would NOT throw up on the floor. Manager said we did it, the hotel owner was to call me never did

Great staff that felt like they welcomed me into their home! You can’t ask for much more than a home away from home. Clean, quiet, comfortable, and a feeling that the staff would accommodate my needs to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Pool was nice, breakfast area very neat, clean and well stocked with fresh options! Life is good.

We have stayed here many times. The hotel has always been clean, the employees are always friendly and helpful. The breakfast is typical Best Western, decent but not exceptional. There definitely is some road noise, but it is hard to find hotels that are not close to main roads.

We were pleased with the staff and location of the hotel. Clean room. Breakfast available in the morning. We will consider staying at this property again. Quiet and friendly guests. Nice towels which are not always what we see at a hotel. Comfortable beds.

Sofa bed was dirty. Asked staff to make up bed for the night. They placed a bottom sheet and a comforter no top sheet, no pillows. Lights were out in room, reported but not fixed. Ice machine was broken. No daily housekeeping. Ironing board was broken. Water pressure in shower was very poor. Kitchenette sink barely worked .

Hotel was nice, clean, quiet, and staff was for the most part friendly. Beds were comfortable. Nice options for breakfast, good variety. Pool area looked clean but did not use during our stay. Location was ok. I felt it was quite overpriced for the type of hotel, room size, and its amenities.

I know people travel and at times to get away from home to me this is home away from home, leaving nothing to be desired. It is an awesome place.
