I would not recommend AmericInn even though I am a member. Apparently I don’t have a high enough status to check in before 3:00 without paying a $25.00 fee. I was with a wedding party and many others booked as well. I arrived at 2:30 and was refused a room until 3:00 unless I paid. This is a Saturday and very busy in the lobby and only one person checking guests in. I would cancel but it’s to late to cancel so this will be my last stay with this hotel group

Pros: Friendly staff, great pillows, comfortable bed, nice television and clean room. Cons: Large laundry and trash bins in the hallway at 5:30 pm long after housekeeping staff was gone. Scratchy towels, dated AC w/poor circulation, very close to the neighboring hotel resulting in being able to view into guest windows. Because of this I had to keep the curtains closed and was unable to have natural light come into the room. Went to breakfast at 7:00 AM. There were no scrambled eggs left, no pancakes left and the sausage was cold. There was no staff around to alert this to. I would not recommend this hotel.

This was the second time we have stayed at this hotel. When we checked in and out, the front desk staff were always very curtious and friendly, and said to let them know if there was anything else we needed during our stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable with enough of everything we needed. Breakfast had hot/cold items. Something to start the day for everyone.

The toiletries in the room were open and half used. The room was very hot and the Ac system would not stay on.

Staff is nice. Breakfast is good. Not real clean. Dust everywhere. Less than surface cleaning. Pool was Horrible!! Smelled weird, water seemed dirty. Scum on the inside of the pool. Tiles on floor of pool coming off. I hurt my foot on one.

Breakfast in the morning on Saturday in the binder said serving until 10 and everything was cleaned up by the time we went out at 9:10.

Great except the pillow..
The front desk gentleman was wonderful, so kind and energetic. The room was clean and nice but the pillows were so awful and flat. Both me and my fiancé got a terrible night sleep and woke up with kinks in our neck.
