4.4/5
Excellent
TTravelloverinusaThe location is good and convenient. There is a PATH next to it to go to the island. There are also many restaurants nearby to choose from. You don’t need to worry about running out of food! ! Highly recommended!
GGuest UserThe hotel is very good. I will stay here again when I go to New York. The supporting facilities are complete. The service attitude of the staff is considerate. The breakfast is very rich. The food quality is good. The transportation is convenient and the environment is elegant.
CCan OcaklıThe location of the hotel is great, it is very close to Manhattan, you can go there in 10 minutes by bus or ferry. I would like to thank the receptionists Kevin and Latif separately.
走走遍世界The location is convenient. After all, we mainly travel by car. It is normal to have breakfast. Unfortunately, a hotel at this price does not have slippers (which is acceptable). There is not even a toothbrush or toothpaste. I asked and it was not available. It is inconvenient. I will try it next time. Bring your own
AayumiI spend a wonderful time here!!!
As soon as you leave the hotel, the view of Manhattan from the Hudson River spreads out before you.
The room was beautiful, and I stayed on the 8th floor on the bay side, and the view from the window was amazing!
The lobby is also spacious, making it the perfect hotel to spend some relaxing time.
There's a Whole Foods Market and Starbucks nearby, and you can get to Manhattan quickly, so it was a great place for me to visit New York and not like crowded places.
Thank you!
GGuest UserMy sister helped me to check in earlier in the afternoon because we arrived at JFK 10pm on that day and we don't know why our rooms were put as stay over, thus the cleaners don't provide bed tidying nor changing bedsheets until we inquired.
Though we stayed 7 nights we were only provided drinking bottle water on the first day and the hotel is charging USD3.75 per small bottle of drinking water.
The hotel is strategically located, easy access to restaurants and the bus stops is just beside the hotel.
The receptionist Ms Shantel was very nice and service commendable when we reached hotel 230am. We met her again the day we left and the hotel should have more staff as friendly as Ms Shantel.
GGibran MahmoodThis place is a hidden gem. It is very close to Newport station and takes less than an hour to reach main attractions in NYC. When we checked in, Harry was extremely helpful. He not only greeted us well and, but also came out of his desk to show us the path to go to Newport station. He also shared a guide map copy of the location. Breakfast is in downstairs in front of reception with 4 seating inside and more outside patio. There is couple of sweets options with juices, yogurt, coffees and fruits. If you are visiting from UK, you might find portion size is a bit big. The room is quite spacious. We took a king room. Although housekeeping is on request, they cleaned our room on the second day, which we were not prepared for.
GGuest UserThe hotel was nice. The front desk was very helpful. My only problem with Trip.com they don’t pay the hotel. This is the second time I used the website and it was an issue where the hotel charged my credit card for the night I stayed when I had already paid thru Trip.com. So I’m in the process of trying to get a refund. I will not be using Trip.com for future trips. I will book directly thru the hotel site. One more thing the hotel site was cheaper than Trip.com
GGuest UserIf you go to the exhibition and take a taxi, you have to go up to 40 knives. It seems that you will have to go through a tunnel for an extra 20 knives.
