We had a wonderful stay in the Schooner Suite. The accommodations were spacious, and the kitchen equipped with what we needed. The bed was comfortable. The staff was very helpful and provided restaurant suggestions as well as ideas on things to do.

Overpriced
The hotel is overpriced. We did not have enough hot water for both of us to take a hot shower, and it was 26° outside. This meant only one of us could shower. The sink needs repairs on the wall behind it, the handle fell off the shower, there are holes in the carpet on the stairs up to the rooms, and there is no lotion in the bathroom. I could not believe the state of our stay given how much we paid for one night.

The Olace to Stay in Hudson
The hotel is lovely, well situated and has an excellent restaurant. We had a problem with our room and they immediately and graciously upgraded us to a splendid suite. Their customer service is superb.

The accommodations were well thought out. Customer servers excellent. Lovely touches made it unique. Very cozy. We were not able to try the restaurant but did have a drink at the bar and the bartenders were friendly and gave wonderful tips and things to do. Only downfall was the fire place did not work and the room had a portable heater that was not strong enough and the room was cold. We had anticipated the cozy fireplace. Would have welcomed a room change but nothing was offered.
