Stayed here for one night as stopover during our travel to Goa and were very pleased with the room, service and the food. Room was very comfortable & spacious (booked a club suite), even with extra bed placed in the living room. View was fantastic. Two themed restaurants, one Veg & another non veg were very creative and artistically made. We tried the cave themed non veg restaurant. Food & Servuce were really good. A very good place with excellent value for money

I travel to cities and towns and to states This time in this President hotel , it was nightmare of an experience when my gadgets got water soaked because of water spillage in the room...which went to an extent of heavy flow of water - from the wall during just a normal rains.... After that , on the same evening - a promised car service got delayed ( offcousre , understanbiliy for rainfall and some water leggings) but after it was all okay with all roads dried up and Nirmal traffic, the hotel was completely causal on their approach to provide the service and they kept on laughing about the problem. This was a erratically bad experience

The property located at a good place in the middle of Hubli and Dharwad (closer to Hubli actually). Food was okay and service needs improvement. The price I felt a little higher for the room. The facilities are also okay. I was there for two days. The breakfast had no variety. It was overall a good stay but not that good also for a 4-star property. I expected even more.

Very Decent Hotel, With excellent View of the Unkal Lake, Good value for money, Hygenic, Very Supportive Staff. Both Restaurants serve excellent food. Neat & Clean. Have been staying on multiple occasions and every time it has been a very good experience.

Arrived around the lunch hour by car and have over to valet parking staff. Had a nice and smooth check-in process, quickly moved to the room. Room was good looking with all appliances working, adequately furnished, and in good condition. Bed was comfortable. View outside the room, although peeks a little into Unkal lake and a huge church, a service center’s parking lot is not the most pleasant of views. Bathroom was ok with sufficient toiletries. Calls to room service, reception etc were promptly answered and service was quick. Restaurants in the basement and on top floor were very good AB bed drew good crowd, including those who weren’t the hotel’s guests. Check out prices was again smooth. All in all, a very good option in Hubli.

The location of the hotel is very good over looking the lake , staff is polite and helpful, the food in the room service and the gufa restaurant is very good the location is prime on the main road
