位置好，有自己的院子停車方便，服務熱情，房間比較衞生，衞生間有點小，三省標誌和乘船碼頭就在邊上，度假村正在擴建施工。進茶峒古鎮道路很窄，道路兩側商攤位雜亂，錯車得特別小心

場地大，位置好，坐在院子就可以望三省。前台妹妹給了我野生獼猴桃，酸酸甜甜的。配套設施也不錯有好幾個充電樁，門口就有一排特色小吃店。

停車場較大，停車方便。地理位置較好，是去一腳踏三省界碑的必經之路。周邊吃飯也方便。淋浴房沒有門，已經很注意了，洗個澡地上還全是水，衞生有待提高。

民宿佔地很大，停車很方便，車就停在住的樓下。打開窗簾就可以看見自己的車，這點很好。送的有禮品且貼心準備了導覽圖。最主要是家裡長者很滿意，周圍都是綠色植物看着心情都好。推薦！

房間被子整潔乾淨，民宿工作人員很熱情，車停在門樓外了以為不能開車進景區，工作人員瞭解情況後還特意開車帶我去取車。三省界碑就在民宿裏面，要是開車來的話建議直接導航小河灣，我也是來這住才知道要開車來看界碑的話衹能從小河灣這家民宿進。

差不多五百塊一晚的房間沒有電視機，大半夜有大大的蜘蛛爬出來，民宿老闆和餐飲老闆不是同一個，遇到問題相互推諉，收了錢不負責任，沒有服務意識，衹考慮自己，不為客人考慮，自私自利徹底差評！
