民宿位置極佳，在景區中心，清水江畔。可以步行到所有想去景點。為什麼不含早餐，是因為周圍吃早餐太方便了。民宿老闆非常熱情，拿行李，送水，指路有問必答。晚上睡覺非常安靜，是旅遊度假的理想住所。

老闆很好，親自幫忙到景區外搬運行李，運送行李中掉落了一個包弄臟了，老闆到家就直接去把包洗乾淨吹乾，還為了致歉直接升級了房間，反弄的我們不好意思了，民宿在景區內，出行特別方便，。

老闆熱情，耐心指引遊玩路線，住房新凈，配套齊全，關鍵房間面積比較大，性價比高，由於等高鐵，老闆還主動讓我們延期退房，非常滿意的住房體驗

很喜歡茶峒古鎮，商業化沒有那麼濃，轉下來個人認為舒家大院是景區內最好的民宿了。一有停車場，打電話老闆來接我們領着去停車場，二房間新也乾淨還寬敞，三老闆熱情有求必應，四位置好，離河邊很近，還很安靜，一次美好的相遇。

老闆聯繫車可以進景區，開到酒店門口，看到剛剛退房自駕的，停在停車場，臨走老闆還給免費券。房間很舒服，被子厚實，房間乾淨整潔。

小鎮環境優美，沈從文筆下的邊城茶峒古鎮，百姓淳樸遊玩沒有門票。住宿就在景區裏面。一個四合院，建的大氣，房間面積比較大設備齊全，洗衣烘乾比較方便。就是沿街比較吵，停車沒有專門的停車場。
