住處離景區特別近，房東老闆服務也特別好，帶着去停車，進店還給準備了水果，看我帶着孩子還給免費升級了房間，房間很大而且乾淨，指導遊玩攻略，洗的衣服沒幹，走的時候，還送了兩個衣服架子，一次愉快的入住！

房間乾淨，衞生，沒施齊全。老闆熱情，服務好，還詳細介紹遊玩線路。酒店出門100多米就到核心景區，關鍵還有一個超級大的停車場，非常方便，值得推薦。

訂了三間房，都很滿意，我平時都懶得評價，但是這個老闆的服務態度實在是太熱情了，待人真誠，房間性價比很高且離景區很近，停車也很方便，房間很舒服很乾凈，昨天晚上半夜才到肚子餓了老闆還幫我們出去看了宵夜檔有沒有開，知道我們是廣東來的還專門給我們提前開了暖氣，推薦大家入住！！超級推薦！

孩子們説住得很舒服，乾淨，光線足，還有洗衣機，晾曬衣服的地方。對於自駕的人來説最主要是民宿有自家停車場。民宿離茶峒景區和洪安都很近，房東介紹的店實惠好吃，各點了一份正常辣的石鍋魚和清湯角角魚（黃骨魚）這的石鍋魚比鳳凰古城的要好吃。

衞生：房間很乾凈，一絲不苟，房東特別好，特別貼心，知道我們是過來玩的就幫我們出主意，我們在門口放煙花還幫我們關燈，
