The owner is a very nice woman who helped me with the pick up to the foot of the Huashan mountain from where I started my way up.
The room was clean and comfortable.
The only trouble (as usually in China😬) was the old ladies horse-running along the corridor and screaming and shouting from 5-6 a.m. Probably, they were the hotel guests. One of them banging on the door of my room untill the security signal response, when it was still dark. When I opened the door, the lady seemed to get the wrong place, but she didn't even ask an excuse. As I understood, it is quite a normal practice 🤪
Anyway, I enjoyed my trip, and Huashan is really magestic!!!!

I came to climb Huashan with my friends. I saw this hotel on Ctrip. The reviews were good. It said that the boss was a veteran. Since I am also a veteran, I entered this store without hesitation. I was not disappointed after staying there. The boss and his wife were very warm and generous. As soon as we got off the train, the boss called us. He said he was waiting for us at the entrance of the train station. He was always smiling. The boss would also pick us up and drop us off at the scenic spot. He also explained the Huashan strategy to us, helped us buy tickets, and gave us gloves and maps. In short, it was great. The room was also clean and hygienic, and the layout was very warm. There were roses on the bed. And the facilities were complete. We booked a quiet standard room, and the boss also upgraded the Guanshan standard room for free. You can see Huashan when you open the window. The food cooked by the boss's wife is also delicious, especially the bamboo shoots fried meat and local vegetable fried eggs are very delicious. In short, it was a very satisfactory stay. I wish my old comrade a prosperous business and good health.

Incredible hotel with exceptional services. Sparking cleaned with great amenities. The hotel is so big that one may get lost within it. Mr. Wang at the front desk was so kind that he offered to drive us around the hotel's ground in the hotel red cable car. The room itself is big. Breakfast had variety Chinese and Western foods. The Hotspring experience was amazing. Hotel location is isolated however, it's 5-6 minutes walkable to the Huashan Tourist Center and few restaurants are 6-10 minutes walk from the hotel.

This hotel is far beyond my expectation.
Their kindness started since our first day staying with them. We arrived Huashan 9am in the morning, and we just needed to leave our luggages with them, then find some places to visit, but the owner showed her warm welcome by allowing us to check in our rooms.
She was also being sincere for the discounted huashan ticket price which save us alot. She also gave us a ride and dropped us at the entrance of Mt. Huashan. Once we finished the climbing, her car is ready to pick up us back to the hotel. What an impressive service we could ask for.
She will always make sure we had a delicious dinner while staying with her by recommending a nice restaurant, not a scam ones.
Communication was never be a problem withbthe ownere or any of her cousins as we use google translator to make it work.

It was my first time to stay in a famous hotel. With just one phone call, the proprietress showed up to pick us up at the high-speed rail station and introduced us all the way. When we arrived, we found that it was really at the foot of Huashan Mountain, surrounded by mountains and rivers, and the air was sweet.
I got up not too early in the morning, wrapped myself in my coat, and walked around in the slightly wintery atmosphere. Huashan Mountain was shrouded in mist, the branches were full of persimmons, and the kitchen had a strong smell of meat. It was great to live here!
Thanks to the boss for allowing me to eat such delicious persimmons (taught me to take off the lid, wipe it with my hands, and suck it, it’s so sweet! The important thing is that I don’t need to wash it~.~)

During this trip to Xi'an, even the children evaluated this as the most comfortable hotel we stayed in. The beautiful view of Huashan outside the window, the large floor-to-ceiling windows, let me enjoy it in bed. Although the name is a homestay, it is cleaner than many star hotels! I like this very much, because I am also a bit clean. The house is very new and the boss is warm and thoughtful! The recommended food is really good! If I climb Huashan again in the future, I will definitely stay again.

Although we only stayed in Yueshan for one night during this trip to Huashan, I felt it was worth it. The boss picked us up at the store when we left the North Station. The service attitude was superb. He also upgraded us to a family room for free. The room was clean and sanitary, with plenty of hot water. When the boss learned that we were going to stay on the mountain for one night, he reminded us to bring down jackets up the mountain, and to exit the scenic area at Dongshan Gate on the way back. He also gave us a business card and told us to contact them to pick us up if we missed the get-off point 👍👍. The restaurant provides breakfast and the chef's cooking skills are pretty good. On the way back, two of us ordered a big stew, which we found to be more to our taste than the food we had in the restaurant in Huayin County on the first day. The portion was large and the price was not expensive. If there is a flaw, it would be better if the bathroom could separate wet and dry areas😄😄

The hotel is located in Huashan Village, Huashan Scenic Area, close to Huashan Visitor Center and Yuquanyuan for hiking. We pay attention to every detail of the journey and are meticulous, with no deposit, no room inspection, free parking, free self-service laundry, drying and ironing, free afternoon tea, and free gym. We do not consider whether the hotel's decoration is luxurious or not, because that is just the basis of our brand. Every member of the mountain community will focus more on the problems you may encounter and solve them.

The hotel is newly renovated. The room is well designed and super clean. The breakfast offers many choices including organic vegetables and eggs. The service I like the most is the pickup and drop-off from the train station and from the Mount Hua entrance. You just simply call them to arrange a pick up time but only if you have a Chinese phone number. Only hiccup is the front desk phone number listed on trip.com, is not the actual front desk number. The call will not be received. I had to use the hotel owner’s WeChat for communication for pickup.
All staff are very friendly, strongly recommended!
I really appreciated their hospitality. The owner’s WeChat is attached if you need to reach him to arrange pick up time directly.

LLydiainchinaService from the heart. From picking us up from the train station, to helping us to sort out tickets for huashan; and also to even sending us to the tourist centre, to board the bus to transport us up the mountain. Best to ask them which route to take up the mountain, as they would be able to advise, based on how much of a climb you want. With their suggestion, we went by the easier West peak.
In short, they have made all efforts to make our stay so pleasant, and as much as possible, a seamless one, when it comes to arranging things.
They even had gone as far as sorting out transportation to Xi'an for us, and had even walked us through a few options.
We took the room with the king-sized bed with the balcony on the second floor, which gives a good view of the mountain. Picture enclosed is the lovely view we got to the right of the balcony.
The hotel is literally meters (a very short walk) from the first return stop, the mountain tour bus will make, on its return from the North Peak.
A family-run business, with people who are genuine.

GGuest UserThe experience was average. I had to hike up the mountain, so I decided not to check out and extend my stay that day. Breakfast was also eaten at the boss's house. The pick-up and drop-off was agreed on the website, but the boss said he was very busy and only delivered it in the morning. He didn't pick him up when he came down from Huashan. Fortunately, it was close. The service center is about 800 meters away. I was very tired after climbing the mountain for a day.

SSarahHotel is not near main *****, however close to the mountain entrance and couple of mins Didi ride. Hotel accepts foreigners however do not speak, but can communicate everything via WeChat English/ translation no problem. Hotel owner will go out of her way to help us. Driver is always happy to accomodate drop off and pick up and easily organise through WeChat. We spent 12hours on the mountain and the main reason for our stay. Thank you for welcoming Australians and we thank the driver and owner for being so welcoming despite the language barrier. We had noodles for dinner at the hotel which was very tasty!

The staff are extremely helpful, offering to give lifts to and from the station and mountain. The hotel itself has extremely comforting rooms, while providing great amenities like a swimming pool, pool table and even retro games machines. It has everything you would want.

The hotel is very close to the Yuquanyuan hiking trail, and nearby food, parking and other things are also very convenient! The proprietress and her family are also very enthusiastic. When we drove all the way to the place, it was almost two o'clock in the evening. After knocking on the door, the proprietress quickly got up to arrange for us to rest and free parking. I was very touched. Picture 2 is the map and hiking gloves given upon check-in, which came in handy during the climbing process. This time, due to the mistake in the climbing plan, I did not finish the climb. If I have the opportunity to come to Huashan in the future, I will give priority to staying at Huashan Yuquan Hotel!

GGuest UserOutstanding. I rarely give 5 star reviews, but here it is well justified. The location is perfect if you want to hike up the mountain, the gate is only a short walk from the hotel. I have to mention the staff who went out of their way to make my trip as pleasant as possible. They seriously went out of their way, and even brought me to the train station for free. The room was much bigger than I had expected, very modern and had all the amenities you could want for a trip like this. I can’t recommend this place enough and would certainly stay here again!

TtorinessAbsolutely fantastic location. If you are here for Huashan, this hotel is literally at the ticket office entrance which is also where you get the shuttle to the cable ways. Hotel room was very clean with great features including lovely bathroom and soft comfortable bed. We booked a room with a mountain view which I don’t think we really got (very high window that you really couldn’t look out of) but this was a minor inconvenience given the friendly reception staff checked us in 3 hours early that was very much appreciated. Views of mountains could be seen from other parts of the hotel - walkways and seated outdoor areas on the 3rd floor. The reception also let us leave our bags there on our last day while we went up the mountain. I would definitely stay here again.

AAGood place. Staff was nice, food was good although expensive (very nice 牛肉面) and the location was perfect with a fantastic view. The room was basic but comfortable. You can get hot water from the reception and there's both a little restaurant and an outdoor food stall. Easy to find, I recommend taking the West Peak/西峰 cablecar on the way up.
Quiet surroundings and there's a heater to keep the room warm at night. Beds were clean, no problem with lack of cleaning.
The toilets smelled and there were no showers, but this was advertised in the general information already. Toilets are the same public toilets found everywhere on Hua Shan, they're not great but not terrible either.
The price is not cheap, but you pay for staying on top of the mountain far from everything, and the location is perfect for the sunrise.
I expected worse from the previous reviews, but this was more than fine.
I didn't eat the breakfast since there was a power outage (also happened at West Peak later that day, the price for being on a high mountain top I guess). The staff apologised and asked me to wait until the power came back, but I was eager to start hiking so just decided to skip it. You could still get food from the outside stall if needed.
