房間其他的不談，酒店前台（扎着馬尾的那位）完全是缺乏培訓。或者説接受的培訓就是侵犯消費者權益。
首先，我之前住了三晚，續住在攜程上訂了，一臉不情願。這是件小事可以忍。
其次，交按金讓我交了150（之前的三晚欠了24快錢），所以按金是126。出於不理解但尊重交了126的按金。
最後才是重點！第一件事：中午打電話讓退房是在兩點零二分，我在兩點十分下去退房，給我來了一句：“以後早點行不行，過了兩點了”。前台工作人員是不是有義務早點告知消費者酒店退房時間呢。你在兩點之後告知我，然後我用八分鐘時間下來，請問延遲退房了誰的問題？就算是你不提醒，房客遲幾分鐘退房，問題不大吧？ 第二件事：退房手續辦完，給我退按金，前台來一句124塊錢。我説126，然後給我掃了125，我又説是126吧，前台這位工作人員説你在攜程上訂的要收手續費。？？？又説我們是扣小數點的。？？？請問您把消費者的按金隨便扣小數點？您發工資的時候公司扣您小數點可以嗎？？？或者消費者扣酒店的小數點可以嗎？？？

雖然是老店，風格比較老的那種！但是設施齊全完備，熱水也好！房間配備多種枕頭供選擇，唯一就是衞生間太小了！不過這個價位絕對超級划算！推薦推薦

西北大環線一路住了二十幾天，這家酒店的前台服務是最差的，房間裏沒有抽紙，衞生間的捲紙也衹有半卷，問前台要了兩次服務員才拿來一卷衞生間的紙，衞生間味道太難聞了，而且還漏水，把換氣扇打開聲音吵得睡不好，關了衞生間味道又太燻人，重點説一下房間有一盒抽紙居然標價5元。本來我還要續住的，今天果斷退房定了金華大廈賓館

這家酒店貌似開張有些年月，設施有些陳舊，但維護得還是不錯的，衞生整潔，服務員熱情負責，地處熱鬧區域，是一家值得入住的酒店。

看賓館，環境整體可以，但是衞生很一般，衞生間地上有捲起來的頭髮團；續住第二天給服務員説把用的東西都給我補充上，結果就給你不放拖鞋和香皂，洗個手都沒有香皂用，拖鞋還要穿前一天的😂；第三天續住，我説今天把衞生打掃一下，所有東西補充一下，結果褥套、枕套、床單都不換，並且香皂還是給你不放。

華亭華御大酒店環境可以，免費停車，但房間晚上樓道吵雜，男男女女出出進進，不知道搞什麼**，影響其他客人休息。房間裏頂上煙霧報警器上有紅燈一直不間斷閃爍，我一夜沒睡好，我懷疑是不是偷拍裝置。

設備差，兩天了沒熱水洗澡容易感冒，東西比較老舊，房間不帶紙，紙另外收費6元。早餐還行，總得來説勉強及格
