El personal no es tan amable, era cumpleaños de mi hija, no venden pasteles, yo conseguí uno y no me dejaron partirlo dentro del hotel, ni siquiera me permitieron meterlo a mi habitación, tuvimos que partirlo en la calle. El lugar es lindo, es muy buena opción lo del las leyendas y su recorrido!

Ya he tenido la oportunidad de hospedarme por dos ocasiones y mis experiencias siempre son gratas, excelente opción con varias atracciones para chicos y grandes y una excelente atención desde la llegada.

El lugar superó mis expectativas, es muy grande y hay muchas actividades por hacer. Las albercas con buen clima, espacios muy amplios para jugar. Las canchas con excelente mantenimiento, buen espacio para estacionamiento, precios accesibles en comida y bar. Las habitaciones cumplen con lo necesario, la atención del personal excelente, mención especial para Manuel del bar y Pedro (Lobo) de las actividades quién hizo muy ameno el paseo al bosque de los duendes y la fogata. El desayuno es bueno, fruta, café, huevos, chilaquiles, hot cakes como opción. Lo que aquí puede mejorar es la atención de algunos meseros que cuando se junto la gente se perdían un poco, afortunadamente sus compañeros entraban a apoyar. El lugar muy bien ubicado, queda muy cerca de los lugares a visitar en Huasca, prismas basalticos, haciendas, bosque de las truchas, centro, etc. Definitivamente regresaremos algún día

Las instalaciones son las mejores para pasar un día en familia, cuenta con un montón de actividades para que tantos chicos y grandes se puedan divertir, además para todos las actividades que incluye es accesible el lugar

El hotel está muy bonito,me agrado la atención del joven que está encargado de la tiroleza y bicicletas el lugar esta muy limpio, en el tobogán la alberca le hace falta más profundidad ya que bajas muy rápido y te pegas al salir

El encargado del bar es muy amable y tiene disponibilidad de sevicio, en relación a las instalaciones está muy limpio y son muy ordenados y todo el personal es muy amable, por lo que hace que tu estancia sea inolvidable.

El glamping nada recomendable, nos tocó ir un día lluvioso y todos los glampings tienen goteras. La primer habitación que nos dieron estaba sucia, no habían limpiado de los huéspedes anteriores, cuando fui a reclamar todavía me dijeron "en verdad?" Como si yo me hubiera imaginado la cama y el piso hechos un desastre. Luego, en la noche alguna otra habitación tenis fiesta y se escucharon disparos al aire, lo hicieron varias veces durante la madrugada. El restaurante da porciones muy distintas, puedes pedir una hamburguesa que tiene doble carne pero un espagueti que no creo que llegue a los 100gr el platillo. Las albercas y actividades están muy bien, es de lo más rescatable ya que el personal encargado de ello es amable y lo hacen divertido. Las habitaciones del hotel se ven mucho mejor que el glamping, si regreso definitivamente no será al glamping.
