房間，衞生都比較滿意，不過，作為温泉酒店，客人都要清洗泳衣，房間如果能夠安放晾衣架會更有體驗感。另外房間照明燈不夠亮，亮點更好。

院子不錯，泡池非常好，長者孩子都喜歡。服務也很好，工作人員都很熱情。就是沒有擺渡車 爬坡有點累哦。酒店門口餐廳很好吃物美價廉。

錯峯出行，人不多，泡池都包場。前台小姐姐很好，森林公園裡麪的大叔非常好。早餐餐廳的工作人員也很熱情。營地的燒烤也好吃，裏面的工作人員也不錯。如果可以增加點小童用品就更好了。泳池離酒店一里地走路有點遠。總的來説推薦大家至少住兩天可以好好逛逛。裏面的各個崗位工作人員都質樸熱情

辦理入住手續較繁瑣，到如今還需交按金拿房卡的酒店很少見。管家服務很到位，有求必應。房間很大，帶着一個大泡池，但泡池裡有兩個大石頭，小朋友玩開心了會磕碰到，安全隱患還是有。泡池旁沒有晾衣架和庭院燈，建議增加。院子裏的花草有些枯萎，景觀池空空無水，建議打整後以提升環境。酒店配套的露營燒烤區山蚊子非常毒且多，建議遊玩的朋友們帶好防蚊物品。
