上午11點多就接到酒店電話，説我預訂的房間提前退房了，優先打掃我預訂的房間，方便入住，等我們開了4個多小時車，下午3點多到房間，發現一點都沒有打掃，即使不承諾優先打掃，下午2點也到了我可以正常入住的時間了，我竟然還無法入住……非常無語，自助入住，沒有見過任何工作人員，無服務可言。也沒有工作人員為我們辦理入住，也沒有退房，不知道安全不安全……萬一有問題，都無法溯源

怎麼説呢，環境真不錯，房間也很適合看風景，有一個我喜歡的樓台，樓上不像店家説的那麼低，有一個大桌子，很適合打牌，每個房間都有洗手間，挺好的，就是有一個洗手間的下水有點不好，洗澡存水比較多。服務略有遺憾，密碼説了幾個都不對，進不去門，在門口等服務員來了依然沒整明白，衹能把行李放在門口先出去玩了，希望下次及時改進，順便提升一下服務員的服務態度，表達方式還是比較重要的。

景色很贊，全湖景視野，住着很滿意。設施是比較充足的，有冰箱、電磁爐、投影。也有一些需改進的地方，有些地方已經老化或壞了沒做維修，比如淋浴房的門都沒了，門的反鎖釦擰不動。
