The best hotel in Huangshi. Very clean and modern interior design, super friendly staff. The crossstreet shopping center is definitely a huge plus where I can take my daughter to the kid playground and shop at many major brands.lots of chain store restaurants. Night time plaza dancing in so many different groups of people, young and old, female and male, amazing and everyone is welcome to join for free. I also hosted two large groups of family party at the hotel's restaurant. Decent food and service.

大堂很氣派，剛説了一句“老王家的酒店就是氣派”，立馬給前台小妹給糾正了。前台服務員都很熱情，不僅很快地辦好了入住手續，還幫我們把行李送到了客房，還送來了水果和港餅，很貼心也很好吃。尤其是那個叫Eva張爽小妹妹，還給我們發了周邊的旅遊景點介紹，我們離店的時候，前台不僅主動徵求入住意見，還送了伴手禮，把我們的行李送到了外面的停車場，幫我們裝車，太貼心了。我們出門多次，極少遇到這樣熱情的酒店和前台，其實這些都應該是禮賓部的活，他們卻不計分工地做，贊一個。 早餐的品種也很豐富，我們餐畢回房間的時候餐廳經理還專門過來徵求意見，我們也實事求是的説了對雞肉腸跟粉湯的看法。我也算是半個酒店專業人員，看得出他們是出於真心把工作做好。也希望酒店能把這種好的作風保持下去。説真的，在黃石這樣並不算大的城市裡能感受到這樣的服務是我始料未及的，謝謝酒店員工的努力。

本身對萬達的酒店還是比較有好感的。以前去其他城市看演唱會九住過萬達嘉華，喜歡酒店的洗浴用品的味道，特別好聞。後來還專門在網上買了的。 環境： 酒店整體環境不錯，旁邊就是萬達廣場，周圍也是鬧市，但是酒店是獨棟所以並不吵鬧，而且房間都很隔音。 設施： 設施算是比較齊全，不過遺憾的是我住的房間沒有冰箱，買的水果和蛋糕不能保鮮。其次我不理解萬達的酒店為什麼不讓用垃圾袋！其實很多酒店也有自己的規定和管理喜好，但是會準備垃圾袋，用否都尊重個人意願。 服務： 工作人員服務意識很強，執行力也強。特別的親切，孩子把平板落在酒店了，工作人員特意致電告知我，還十分熱情的協助順豐師傅幫我寄回，很是感激。離店時贈送的小禮品還有黃石港餅特別有心，個人覺得符合當地人文風情的特色禮品或者小吃，特別貼心也很有意義。能感受到酒店的企業文化，還有宣傳黃石人文特色的用心和匠心。 特別點贊酒店的早餐，餐廳乾淨整潔，杯子邊緣幾乎沒有裂縫，玻璃杯也很乾凈，看不到指痕。食物雖種類不算多，但是味道很好。作為中國人，當然是愛碳水啦！炒麪，湯麪，涼麪都有，非常喜歡。
