I really like the decoration of this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a deluxe room. The fragrance in the lobby and corridor smells great. The room is fully equipped with a sofa and a refrigerator where you can put some drinks. The service is very considerate and the breakfast is not bad. It was a perfect experience. The price is affordable and the cost performance is super high. It is worth recommending!

The homestay environment is very design-conscious. It feels so good to read a book and listen to the rain in the living room at night. There is actually a fish tank on the roof, which is beautiful. I stayed here for two nights with my friends. The bedding is comfortable. The old street is next door. I will stay here again next time I go on a business trip to Huangshan!

Take her to travel on the occasion of her mother's birthday. So the hotel chose a more Chinese style. The hotel is clean, atmospheric, and the service staff are also professional. My mother said that the wood in the lobby is worth a lot. Maybe, I don't understand it. She enjoyed it there for a long time. Although the hotel is very close to the scenery, but with the elders, I still hope to travel more easily, so the details of their shuttle bus make me more satisfied. Even if I don't go to the scenic spot, it is very pleasant to take a walk with my mother in this forest hotel and talk about things when I was young. If I am tired, I will bubble hot springs. They all said that autumn must come to Huangshan, then make a plan, wait for autumn to arrive, bring parents and mother again. I hope that at that time, Dad will not stop temporarily because of work.

Facilities: The facilities of this hotel are so **. How can I put it? I don’t know if it’s because I haven’t seen the world before, but their bathrooms are actually made by Hengjie. **, and the decoration of the home is just mediocre. That's it. Hygiene: Very clean. This is the best experience I have ever had in staying in a hotel away from home. It is said that hotels are very expensive during holidays. I got it this time and enjoyed it! Environment: There is nothing to say about the environment. It is a must for young couples to check in. I have never seriously written any reviews. This is really good. Service: The service is very good, the explanations are very clear, the car is picked up and delivered, the boss lady cooks delicious food, the price is clearly marked, and she will call a car for you wherever you go. In recent years, I will stay at Atour whenever I go out, because the service is good and clean, and more importantly, the chain hotel is more formal and safe. The environment of this Atour is very good. It was just renovated this year. It is very close to the bus stop of Huangshan Scenic Area, which is very convenient. The welcome screen when entering the room is very pleasant. After all, traveling alone, the subtle care makes people feel very warm I got up early to climb Huangshan, and I was given a hiking stick and Huangshan sesame cake when I checked out. I have to give a big thumbs up👍

Great location to visit Huangshan scenic areas. You can easily get here from the Gao Tie or high-speed train station by public transportation, which is inexpensive only 30 RMB one way. The hotel front desk staff are very friendly and helpful.

Good location, not too far from Tangkou bus transfer terminal. When we arrived here, we asked a local to help us call them and they immediately sent a car to picked us up. Transport to and fro Tangkou bus terminal was free. The room was clean, facilities good, separate toilet/bathroom. Building not so new but facilities well maintained and clean. Breakfast was Chinese style buffet, simple but adequate. Service from all the staff from front desk, the boss, the driver, the restaurant staff and the cleaning lady were excellent. I stayed in 5 hotels during this trip to China and this hotel provided the best service. The driver even helped us to get a direct transfer to our subsequent Tunxi hotel, without us getting fleeced. I believe the hotel, restaurant and adjoining mini-mart are all family owned.

Hygiene The hotel's hygiene standards are very strict, and every corner from public areas to guest rooms is clean and tidy Environment The hotel has a superior location and beautiful surroundings. Whether looking out the window or walking inside the hotel, people can feel tranquility and comfort. Facilities The hotel's facilities are complete and advanced. Dry cleaning rooms, SPA and other facilities are all available to meet the needs of different guests. In particular, the dry cleaning room allows customers to wash their clothes after climbing the mountain or playing rafting. In general, the service, hygiene, environment and facilities of this hotel are satisfactory. I will recommend it to my friends and family without hesitation, and I hope I will have the opportunity to visit again.

The hotel is located a few hundred metres from the Huangshan Mountain south entrance. You may walk 10-15mins to the entrance, alternatively there is a free hotel shuttle to the entrance. The room is spacious and modern with smart controls. The automated toilet bowl in my room did not work well as it flushes even when not in use. Hence a sleep disturbance . There is a bus stop just outside the hotel where the mountain tourist bus stops on the mountain downward route which is very convenient especially after a long day visiting the mountain.

Our stay at the J. Mountain hotel was beyond our wildest dreams. I rarely leave reviews but our 3 nights here were so stunningly exceptional that we felt driven to express our gratitude and appreciation for the stellar staff, service, and beautiful setting of this hidden gem of a hotel. The service was without exception some of the best if not the best I have ever experienced at a hotel, and I travel often, having visited over 20 countries in the last few years alone and stayed at many beautiful and well-known five-star hotels and brands. Despite being a very young hotel (having just opened in September) J. Mountain Hotel holds its own and then some. It began months before our stay when we reached out to the hotel on WeChat to ask for guidance on equipment, tickets, and transportation. As we are visiting from America the area isn’t necessarily the easiest to access or plan for. Responses were almost immediate no matter when we reached out and always went above and beyond. For instance, my mother is nearly 70 and although very active was worried about slipping and falling while hiking in icier conditions; they offered to even purchase crampons for us should we wish although they advised us we would not need them for the time of year we were here (they were right). While here their thoughtfulness included texting us updates on and warning us about inclement weather while we were hiking around Huang Shan (there is cell service), drying and fluffing our wet gear when we returned from a particularly wet hike, and most astounding of all resolving an incredibly stressful issue we had with an upcoming flight that had been canceled (they suggested and secured alternative means of transport to a second city and then arranged for a different flight with the airline directly). We must specifically give our thanks to Hotel Manager Ryan, who is young but clearly extremely talented and excels in his role. He not only oversaw and proactively sought to help us on every front but was responsible for resolving our flight emergency. He also clearly had directed staff to help us to their utmost ability at all times, including having breakfast and dinner ready for and served to us at the times we requested. Ryan also personally met us and gave us a tour of the hotel and its history and design, as well as accompanied us to the art gallery and an evening tea tasting held in the gorgeous tea house on the grounds. He checked in with us every day and night and made sure everything was to our liking. Driver Wang Kai was our personal chauffer throughout the stay and was extremely courteous, professional, and attentive; he was always there to pick us up and see us off at multiple locations throughout our trip and not once were we ever allowed to wait. He even brought us hotel slippers and large down jackets to change into out of our soaking wet gear when picking us up at the end of a hike. When we said we did not think we would need some of the gear they offer their guests, we noticed he packed it in the car just in case we changed our minds and needed them later. I could literally go on and on but wanted to make sure I left room to appreciate how beautiful the hotel itself is and how much attention to detail has gone into its design and planning; at almost every turn we discovered something that added to the ease, enjoyment, and comfort of our stay. J. Mountain Hotel, thank you for one of the best experiences we have had in many, many years.
