Firstly, while laundry service was available, it came with an exorbitant extra charge. 30 RMB for a single T-shirt truly shocked me! I've stayed in countless hotels of varying standards, and typically, the higher the star rating, the more inclusive the services – especially considering the non-budget price. To charge for laundry here felt utterly bizarre! Secondly, the elevators could be accessed by anyone without needing a room key, which felt very insecure and simply doesn't justify the price. Thirdly, for the buffet dinner, children were charged the same as adults. I was speechless – does a 7-year-old really eat as much as an adult? On a positive note, breakfast was quite good, with a decent variety of options, and plates were cleared promptly. The service was excellent and truly commendable.

Now I finally came to Huangshan to live in the Shanshuijian micro hotel. It was better than I expected. The room was much better than the photo. It was clean and spacious and the scenery was amazing.
