The front desk ladies were very helpful and friendly. Two thumbs up. The carpet in the hallways was a bit old and hard to keep it pristine under the hot and moist climate. But once you were in the room it was another story. Beds were nice and soft and clean and bathroom was clean and tidy. Breakfast was buffet style and good. The hotel is not too far from the Old Street area. However you still need to call Didi and it costs you little. The last point is the hotel price was very inexpensive. It gives you a very good value for your money. So if you are looking for a good hotel to sleep with budget in mind, this is the one. There are restaurants near the hotel. I will book this hotel again if I am in the area. Thank you to the front desk staffs.

The breakfast was rich and varied; they even had mooncakes during my stay, along with some local specialties – a big thumbs up! 👍🏻 There's a bathtub and a swimming pool, and the pool was very clean. My daughter either swam or took a bath every day. A very thoughtful touch: the desk lamp even had a 'study mode' which was very bright. My child didn't have to strain her eyes doing homework under dim, yellowish light anymore! A big shout-out to the hotel for its thoughtfulness! 👍🏻

The hotel is located in the downtown area of Huangshan, 2.2 kilometers away from Tunxi Old Street, which can be reached by car in about ten minutes. There are restaurants and shops around the hotel, which is convenient for eating and shopping. Free parking is available at the door, but there are few parking spaces. The hotel is clean and tidy, but the air circulation is not very good, and some rooms have the smell of oil smoke. The hotel supplies are OK, with disposable toilet mats and two bottles of mineral water for free. The breakfast is also good, with porridge, soup and side dishes. The hotel allows small dogs, but it is unpleasant to ask people to take care of pets many times. I especially like the security guards at the door. They are very enthusiastic, polite, and actively find parking spaces and help change rooms, which adds a lot to the hotel.

We have stayed in Vienna group of hotels many times and each time we were satisfied with our experience. Check-in and check-out was quick and efficient. Room is large, clean and comfortable. Room heater works great. Staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. Facilities are complete and well- maintained. Will definitely recommend to my family members and friends.

Excellent service from all their team members in hotel from reception desk to breakfast team. A must stay when in Tunxi, Huangshan as the hotel location is the best with a short walk to Tunxi Old Quarters. Great service all around and even served warm milk and fruits on arrival and their specialities candies on departure. This is an old-school five-star hotel from the late last century, with a beautiful environment and delicious food. (Please replace those elderly aunties! Breakfast was lovely, but they started clearing dishes faster than the tortoise and the hare, even before closing time and during the October Golden Week. They'd clear plates right as you were grabbing food, and then ignore you when you asked a question – it was really off-putting.) The front desk and room service were quite good, and the price was very competitive. Here are a few major drawbacks: 1. The toilets are too old and need to be replaced, or at least improved for flushing. 2. The mattresses are completely worn out. Both beds in our twin room were sunken in. The bedding is honestly worse than what you'd find in a budget hotel. This really needs investment. Local specialty gift box: Very unique and thoughtful. Minibar: Has drinks, which is a nice touch. Welcome fruit: Quite fresh, and included Huangshan sesame cakes.
