Staff are super friendly and go out of their way to help you. The location is slightly difficult to find (you’ll need to walk through a random building hallway in order to find the hotel entrance). If you message the hotel in advance they will come out and help lead the way. Convenient location for restaurants and beautifully designed garden.

I came to Huangshan with my sister, made a guide in advance, read many reviews, and finally chose this B&B because it is very convenient to be picked up by the high-speed rail! ! ! Facilities: The room facilities are smart and new! Zero-pressure mattress makes sleeping very comfortable! Cleanliness: The room is clean and tidy! ! ! Environment: This is a relatively new B&B! The entire courtyard is full of atmosphere, with restaurants, cafes, gyms, mahjong rooms and laundry rooms! The owner’s intentions are reflected in everything! ! ! Service: What makes me most satisfied is the service! The staff are very welcoming! He planned a travel route for us and explained it in detail, and his attitude was great! The courtyard of this B&B is very large, and the photos are particularly photogenic! Highly recommended! ! ! !

The hotel opened on April 30, so there was no comment when booking. I placed an order with a nervous mood and was really attracted by the price and location. Unexpectedly, the room is very large, there are smart devices inside, Xiaomi speakers control lights, curtain lights, access control is also face recognition, especially suitable for young people. The balcony can see the beautiful Xin'an River, and it takes less than 10 minutes to drive to Liyang Old Street. The only downside is that the hotel is too new and has some taste.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The hotel is easily reached by buses from high speed railway station and next to the famous TunXi Old Street area. The staff in the hotel, receptionists, kitchen staff, room cleaners, managers...all were super kind and helpful. The chef at the breakfast did the perfect runny eggs for my English husband. The front desk staff helped us with sightseeing options and suggestions. Our special thanks goes to 吴海燕, the manager in sales, who went extra mile in her helpfulness: booked the hotel on the peak of the yellow mountain for us, lend us her sim card to ensure our trip to the mountain was safe and without the risk of unable to call for help, because our mobile don't work in China, she also drawn a map and suggested best route and points of interest for the mountain climbing, which proved to be invaluable, we felt very lucky to have met her. Strongly recommend this hotel.

They took the initiative to help with luggage, and sent three band-aids to the broken hands. At other times, they took the initiative to provide a lot of help. They are very tolerant of guests and show super high quality. Then there is the environment. It feels like living in the forest. You can experience the dialogue with pine birds during breakfast and afternoon tea. In the morning, I went for a walk on the hillside. It was lush, cool and comfortable. I also saw pine needles falling on the branches and clusters hanging on the branches. The whole building has a strong cultural atmosphere, elegant, and the calligraphy and painting are very tasteful. The decoration in the forest also keeps up with the popular mountain style. The room is spacious and tasteless, and the hardware facilities are also great.

The location is excellent, not far away. On both sides of the bridge are the two old streets of Tunxi and Liyang. It is also convenient to park by car. The disadvantage is that the facilities are aging and the sanitary conditions of the rooms are average. There are many tour groups, so it will be noisy early in the morning, and various noises will start at 6:30. Stayed for three nights. The air conditioner upstairs made a loud dripping noise on the first night, so I had to use earplugs. On the third night, I called two door-to-door foot massage services from across the door. The door was open, and there was peaceful laughter and laughter until 10:30 at night. But the location of the hotel is really good. If you are not particular about accommodation conditions and can tolerate it, this is a hotel you can choose.

When I entered the room, I was purely attracted by the garden design of the hotel. The garden landscape is indeed beautiful, and even the restaurant on the ground floor has a stone bridge. Pet-friendly, the ladies at the front desk (Meizhu, Wu Jie, Lanlan) are very enthusiastic about the puppies. I stayed for two nights, and the puppies were very active in the hotel. However, the hotel is a bit old, and the bedding in the room is a bit damp, with a faint musty smell! The tea sold in the hotel is very cost-effective, and it has its own tea garden, which is worth buying.

The place was located on the main old street. Breakfast was solid for being Chinese (good baozi, good noodles...). The owners were attentive and the services they tried to sell you (in our case, a chauffeur) were reasonably priced. The bed and pillows were super comfy and the quilt as well... The only bad side was the bathroom cleanliness. There was a ball of hair on the shower corner. Big enough to be easily spotted. The WC itself had some stickers also like if hadn't been properly cleaned. If it wasn't for this the rest was perfect. PS you can tell they hired professional photographers for the pics. Everything looks a bit better on the photos. But it won't disappoint you.

This is the second time I have chosen the Regent Hotel. This time, my whole family came to Huangshan for vacation. The hotel parking is very convenient. There is also a newly built children's park downstairs, which is convenient for walking the kids. The hotel room faces the Xin'an River, with a very good view. The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is very good, and I slept very peacefully. It is really good to stay in such a quality hotel at this price.
