房間好大，寬敞，洗手枱下水略有不暢，周圍有火車，好喜歡火車汽笛的聲音，感覺回到了小時候，早餐也挺豐盛的，離老街打車5塊錢的距離，酒店還有蔚來的快充，充電很方便

房間寬敞，裝修簡潔，打掃乾淨，但隔音差。工作人員整體服務欠熱情。餐廳衹有一名服務員和一名廚師，吃飯等候時間極其漫長，而且是一桌菜全部上完才會給第二桌客人上菜，如果餐廳同時有4桌客人需要用餐，那第四桌客人至少要等一個多小時才能吃到第一道菜，如果餐廳實在人手不夠，索性停止開放餐廳，讓客人等待許久實在不妥。酒店周邊有點荒，沒啥店。

酒店前台小霞服務周到，到酒店後主動升級房間，房間空間非常大，停車場也有充電樁可充電，使用起來也很方便。

開房前台問要近一點園景房還是遠一點的山景房，我們選了近一點的，結果去了是臨近馬路的西曬房，巨吵，巨曬，房間沒有提前製冷，室內最少40多度，房卡不是取電卡，沒有提前插取電卡也沒給到我們，抱着睡着的小朋友都不敢坐下來，沙發都很燙，地面上也到處是污漬，返回前台要求換房，換了遠一點的房，這麼大的酒店沒有人帶路，我們找半天找不到房間又返回前台要求服務人員帶路，送我們到電梯口，上樓找到房間發現還是沒有提前製冷，沒有取電卡，打前台電話告知後過了十幾分鍾才姍姍來遲送來取電卡，在這期間2歲的小朋友睡着被熱醒一身濕透都是汗小臉通紅，送卡來的服務員發現插卡後製冷温度一時半會還是下不來提出第三次給我們換房（因為房間根本沒法呆），最後換的這個房間才是正常的房間，有提前插卡製冷，但是衞生情況也很一般，枱面有灰塵，地面都是污漬（服務員説是去不掉的污漬），晚上想給小朋友泡奶問哪裡可以接點熱水，問就是沒有，前台沒有餐廳沒有，説她們喝水也是自己現燒…這麼大的酒店沒有一點熱水？沒有飲水機？整個酒店所有工作人員喝水都得現燒？想給小朋友洗澡要個泡澡袋，告知需要收費10元一個…在發生上述種種問題後沒有任何人來表達歉意，有的衹是我們兩個大人帶着兩個小朋友拖着行李箱拿着包抱着睡着的孩子辦完入住半個小時的東奔西走還沒個房間休息，問啥啥沒有，完全沒有服務可言（第一張圖地面的水和頭髮是我弄的，但污漬是地面本身就有的，不僅瓷磚，地板，地毯也都是污漬）
