優點：位置優勢毋庸置疑，還能餵鵝，擁有整個荷塘。有攝影師服務、下午茶、迎接水果、管家服務。
缺點：滿房的情況下，服務會打折。提前三天溝通想提早入住，因為第二天一早要去上海。然後滿房的情況下也沒辦法。攝影師拍照15分鐘，拍的照片一言難盡，説好當天給照片，修圖2天，當天也沒發，第二天我想起來了找攝影師要的。本來想等管家帶我去逛逛，等來等去自己去了。坐在多功能區想喝下下午茶，無人服務。通知晚上八點左右有民謠，等到了八點十五分。酒店的吹風機真的好臟，拿紙巾擦了好久。第二天因為早上六點半就要去黃山北站坐火車，跟管家溝通帶點麪包走，管家買的麪包保質期120天！
總的來説性價比低，可能因為明星效應也不缺客户吧，我就退下了！衹有環境滿分💯

非常棒的體驗，帶媽媽👩🏻兩日遊對比了幾家店最終看中澍德堂的景色和地理位置。管家很貼心，有問題24小時回覆，荷花池裡的荷花🪷開了一大半，很美，下次帶一大家子來！
