服務有好有壞 有的員工很熱情 有的一般 對小童早餐查得很嚴格 下午茶送客房收10元 當場已經付過了 但沒有交接好 退房時多收了10塊 懶得計較了

趕在閨女開學前再來一次自駕遊，先去千島湖玩兩天水上項目，然後直奔黃山。酒店很棒，園區超大，一家人一個獨棟，帶小院子和泡池，晚上在池邊小酌後，隨手拍幾張人像。房間和浴室也超大，太適合在這裏躺平了！工作人員服務貼心周到，電瓶車接送很準時！好評！

酒店裝修中式風格非常漂亮，建築大氣奢華，價格合理，工作人員錢先生接待了我們，服務非常周到貼心，熱情細心。早餐特別豐富，有長者愛吃的蒸餃，孩子喜歡的壽司和鮮榨西瓜汁，我喜歡的雞湯。酒店內有天鵝和孔雀可以餵食，在接待大廳領取食物即可，孩子非常高興。雨潤涵月樓酒店是這次黃山之行最完美的酒店。

房間挺大 加上庭院有280平 聽説很久以前是不對外的 斥巨資建成 所以導致為你服務也拽拽的 一晚500的按金 房內一次性用品不開口不主動添加 迷你吧也是 房間打掃的阿姨看到大院門鎖了 就默認房內無人 隨意開門進入 着實令人嚇一跳 泳池換水不開放沒有提前告知 套餐優惠也要千元以上一晚的價格 物不所值 不會再來的酒店

自駕到黃山玩水，三天兩晚全泡酒店裡了🧸
酒店非常適合親子服務，水平也很高，每一個房間都是一個獨棟別墅，自帶食堂泳池，夏天可以直接下水，酒店的早餐比較偏中式，黃山燒餅很香，還有泡泡餛飩😋
三天兩晚酒店還贈送了高爾夫體驗，小姑娘玩得很開心，注意酒店裡的黑天鵝智商很高，如果手裡有吃的，千萬不要讓他看到，撲稜着翅膀就來了😅

很幽靜的酒店，每一套都是別墅吧，我們住的有個小遊泳池。寵物友好，會準備寵物備品。園子很大，旁邊還有高爾夫球場，體驗了酒店送的練習球，去哪裡都有接駁車送，服務特別好，特別是一位姓曹的大叔管家，特別熱心，好幾次都坐了他開的接駁車，我們帶了輪椅，每次她都幫我們把輪椅搬進來，非常感謝他。每個服務人員都很熱情，服務都很到位。每天晚上還有牛奶送。早餐雞湯好喝，果汁都是鮮榨的，餐點品種雖然不是很多，但很精緻和新鮮。秋天會更美。還有，喜歡那個洗浴用品的味道，柚子的，好好聞
