雖為老牌大飯店，各方條件都具備，但實際結果卻不好！服務態度差、服務熱情低、愛搭不理的；房間味道極差、燈光不明亮；問題不一一列舉，一句話，需要更新觀念、提高認識、提升站位！

房間地毯黴味大，早餐比較簡單，早餐想吃點肉類沒有培根，衹有特別粉的一種甜昧的那種台灣香腸，房間燈光中控區衹能控吸頂燈和窗邊筒燈，都特別亮那種，睡覺前全是大燈照着，其它燈要爬起來才能關上，衞生間返味，不開抽風機一宿，房間全是味，入住前要交按金100元，不知為什麼押，説是規定必須押。

我入住貴酒店期間，有幸得到D33和D49兩位員工的貼心服務，讓我倍感温暖。D33業務能力出眾，總能提前想到我的需求，無論是主動詢問是否需要加送洗漱用品，還是細心提醒餐廳時間，都讓我感受到無微不至的關懷。而D49更是讓我印象深刻，每次溝通時都認真傾聽我的訴求，並迅速高效地解決問題，在我諮詢旅遊路線時，她能給到很好的建議，我很滿意，出行期間剛好陰雨天氣房間裏配有雨傘，超級👍🏻。

入住體驗非常滿意！酒店位置便利，周邊的餐飲購物選擇豐富。前台人員辦理入住退房都很高效。房間整潔寬敞，床品舒適，晚上休息得很踏實。工作人員的服務態度尤其值得稱讚——大堂經理小遊耐心細緻介紹周邊景點；前台員工熱情專業，快速高效地辦理了入住；客房服務員細緻周到，房間打掃得很乾凈，還主動多備了礦泉水，讓人倍感温暖。整體來説，服務細緻入微，性價比超高，強烈推薦！

天都國際飯店很棒呦！酒店的衞生環境都很不錯的，工作人員服務也很好呦，D10號大姐，18號大姐服務熱情，跟我説了酒店附近的好玩景點，還推薦我晚上用餐結束可以去世紀廣場的江邊走走，景色很好看，還有吊橋。酒店還送了花山謎窟的票，服務人員告訴我們晚上去比較好，有燈光景色會特別好看，我去看了山洞景色我還是很震驚的，很美！不錯的出行，值得推薦呦！
