My child had been looking forward to our trip to Huangshan for a long time, and it ended perfectly. The weather was truly amazing these past two days, nothing but sunshine. I booked a hotel on the mountain early on, planning to stay there on Friday night. I learned that Beihai Hotel was newly renovated, with excellent facilities, and it's right next to the 'Pen of Inspiration' scenic spot, so I booked Beihai Hotel. We arrived at the hotel around 10 AM on Friday. Since the room wasn't ready yet, we stored our luggage at the front desk and set off to explore Huangshan with just our essentials. At that time, I added Xin Yu, our hotel concierge, on WeChat. Xin Yu sent us a lot of very useful information about the sunrise and sunset in the scenic area, as well as hotel details, which I really appreciated. After finishing our hike through the West Sea Grand Canyon, we checked in around 5 PM. The room was very clean and cozy. There were two down jackets provided in the room for guests watching the sunrise. Since I had a child with me, I specifically asked concierge Xin Yu for an additional one. Xin Yu was patient and friendly, handling my request promptly, and the down jacket was delivered to our room very quickly. Our stay was quite comfortable, and breakfast was also very good. Overall, Beihai Hotel is definitely worth a stay.

I had no idea this guesthouse was so nice before I came here! The owner is so kind and thoughtful! I came here after visiting Chengkan, and the guesthouse contacted me in advance to help me share a ride. Once I arrived, they even recommended a Huangshan climbing route and dropped me off at the transfer point. Afterward, they even helped me book a ride to the high-speed rail station. No worries at all! Most importantly, the room was a great sleep experience! It was immaculately clean, with excellent sanitation, and the room was spacious. The standard room I booked had room for two 26-inch suitcases! It was a fantastic experience! 🥹 I can only say that it's truly unforgettable to miss Nanping!

A very good hotel, I recommend it to anyone who wants to visit the local attractions and enjoy the highest level of service! The hotel was recently completely renovated and looks like new. The rooms are always clean, and the staff takes great care to ensure guests have a comfortable stay and don't have to worry about getting to and from the mountains. A very useful feature of the hotel is the morning shuttle to the cable car in the mountains; you can reserve the shuttle for a specific time. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful stay!
